Wow- what great customer service
so Travelers dropped me back in December and I have know since then
my insurace with them expired yesterday
the broker called me TODAY to let me know
wow- way to be on top of things
I had to laugh- my Allstate agent calls me just to let me know my rate is changing by a few dollars- months before it happens
what a great way to do business- I would never refer them to anyone now!

I have them and they increased my premium by $400 a year.
They are horrible!

alot of insurance companies are raising there rates and it sucks, i work for an insurance company and i am finally shopping, i just cant stay with the copmany i am working for the increase was to much. the sad part is, i dont even get a discount bc i am an employee

I would refer him to everyone- he is seriously a great guy and goes above and beyond for everyone!

I have similar story... pretty funny actually. My home insurance premium was due (policy renews on 1/1).... they mailed me the bill (dated 10/30, and due 11/30) on 12/10. they also mailed on 12/10 the 2nd and 3rd notice, and a notification of cancellation due to late payment 
they all came in my box the same day  what the heck is that? (this is through a geico affiliate somewhere in florida)
when it comes down to it... I don't trust insurance companies... I think they could pull a katrina (not pay a legit claim) at any moment. Most of the major companies who had many policies in NO I refuse to even deal with. Majorly dishonest breaches of contract.
