WOW- now that is customer service!
in August I was sitting at the pool and noticed the C log was missing from my 3 year old Chanel sunglasses
I was so upset- I love them- perfect shape, color, size
I took them to sunglass hut- and they gave me a number to call
I sent the glasses and $12.50 to Luxottica Group- the maker of most designer sunglasses - right here in Port Washington
and 1 month later- I got a brand new pair!
I can't believe it
now I have to send back my husbands that he wrecked last week!
wow- is all I can say!

go to the MJ website. you have to send them away to IL. they sent me a brand new pair 2 yrs ago. all I had to do was include a check for $8 or something like that for shipping
