Wow! Impressive customer service!
A few days ago, I posted that I could not find matzohs carried in my favorite supermarket in NC. I sent an e-mail to the store, asking them if they could get it, I shop there every week, etc.
The store manager just called to let me know that she is waiting to hear from the district manager about carrying it year round! Yippy skippy!!!

I shop at Lowe's Foods.....not affiliated with the Lowes home improvement stores....I haven't been to a Harris Teeter yet, but I've heard that it's a good store also..
