Those that answered the customer service question..

Have you found yourself yelling and screaming and nearly popping a blood vessal when you have talked to these companies? I only ask cause I just came down from a scream fest with my cc company

my job involves a lot of customer servicing and I am d@mn good at what I do. I treat people w/ respect & go out of my way to help people out so I expect the same courtesy. But if it gets down to it, I will be a nasty B!tch if someone is rude & just not helpful!

my # 1 made me yell, cry and actually have hair fall out of my head because of the stress the so called owner caused me....but my sweet revenge is that I got what I needed and wanted...and embarressed her my calling news 12.

I didn't yell, i just walked away and refused to make any more purchases. And since then I think I've only made one purchases there.


And told everyone I know to not buy anything there.

I've never screamed because I just get really nasty and usually end up getting what I want.

Yes. Once I slammed the phone down so hard I cracked it. That made me feel so much better

i always start out nice and explian, "ok, i am may get anoyed and know you are doing your job but..." and then see how far they go, how nice they are or how willing to work with me and/or transfer me to a supervisor who has the authority to change or fix whatever....

sometimes i feel bad for cus serivce reps so i try to be good....but then there's that line and bang....i am a maniac!

numerous times with citibank. im not a rude person but soooo many times ive asked to speak to their manager- once i was crying! it was THAT BAD

I sometimes get really crazy with these companies that I scream like crazy...my blood pressure definently goes way up!!
