Would you get a new stroller for second child - 4 years apart?
For DS#1, I had ONE and only ONE stroller. I had a Peg Perego Pliko P3. Compact enought, yet with full size features. I loved it. DS loved it. I used it everywhere from the mall to Disney.
For DS#2... four years later... My parents said they would buy us a new stroller. I was happy. My Peg is still in great working order, but it looks "used". The fabric was tan and black and the tan parts have some stains and aren't brand new looking... but again... it works fine. We removed the harness/straps when DS got older... don't know if we can find them... but probably can if we try hard enough... Just now in recent months weaned DS#1 from it. He loved his stroller...
DH doesn't think we need a new stroller. He said it works fine. He's confident we can find the harness... I'm not so sure... He said if my parents want to buy something to buy something we need.
I know most people buy a few if not several strollers... I am a shopper, and I was kind of proud of myself to say I only had one and loved it and didn't have reason to buy another. I would like a new one now, but I really don't NEED it...
What would you do???

Deadline on the straps
I'm all about making decisions based on facts. I agree with the hubby but you'd have to produce those straps say by the end of the month, otherwise, we're getting a new one.
Personally, I got rid of my expensive stroller and kept only a cheapy one for off times. So I'd HAVE to get a new one. haha.

I'm not very practical when it comes to these things. I feel new baby needs a new stroller. DH can argue till he's red in the face, I don't care
We have the uppababy vista, I love it, but its looking dingy, and I wouldn't really notice except its becoming really popular and every time I see a new one I start to think ours is so dingy.
