Which 'second stroller' did you register for?
Even though I fell in love with the Chicco Cortina Travel System, Baby Bargains has convinced me it's a waste of money. I'm just gonna go with a Snug Ride & a Snap & Go.
So....I'm looking at Baby Bargains and they recommend the Maclaren Volo or Chicco C5. Only trouble is, they don't fully recline. Does that matter too much once the baby is old enough to be carried in it?
Any thoughts/experiences on this? TIA!

Re: Which 'second stroller' did you register for?
I went to register for the Volo yesterday and the guy at buy buy baby said they weren't making them for 09 and he was recommending the new Quest that reclines. I'm not sure if he meant that the Volo was going to be different or they really weren't making it. I decided to wait a couple of weeks until they have all the 09 products up.

Well what do you plan to do with the baby? Just use the stroller only for errands, quick trips? or do you plan to take Walks, use it for longer periods of time etc?
I got a snap n go and a Zippy Inglesina. I couldn't have lived without the Zippy. The snap n go is great and I highly recommend it - but is NOT a stroller for walks. It is great for errands, mall etc.
DD honestly didn't care for the car seat - unless she was sleeping in it - so to not have a second stroller would have been a major problem. I would suggest that you might want something at least that has a full recline that can accommodate an infant from birth. The umbrella strollers are nice - but not great for small babies. Most of the moms I know had a regular stroller and a snap n go.

I have heard that the Maclaren Quest is good because it reclines. I am undecided on the second stroller yet though.

We have the Quest mod - but just so you know it does not have a full recline only the Techno fully reclines.
