Something about they have to go to a party and it was right near her husbands job and he was gonig to have to go to work right after the party so he wanted to take two cars. She was worried what people would think seeing them arrive and leave in two different cars so she wanted to make him drive there in one car, drive all the way back home just to drop them off and then drive back to the same direction the party was in just so they could all take one car and not have people think things. 
Oh please!! My DH works weekends and never comes to events with me because of it. Plus, my wedding band started making my finger break out so I don't wear it. I never even thought of what others might think.  Chances are most wont even notice.
lol i havent worn my wedding band in almost 2 years!! i dont care what others think!!
