When we rented our landlords had just given birth and it was no problem at all. Maybe heard the baby 5 times in a year.

thats kinda the idea I was thinking of. We could have with the last people we rented from but it was only 1 bdrm. I am considering it again bc I feel so much safer in a house then a complex.

Re: would u consider...

we just had a similiar situation. We now live in Long Beach and sold our apartment. For the past 2 months we have been looking for houses and apartments. We only looked at apartment complexes because for some reason with the baby, I felt that was better than renting in a house. We just bought a house and will be moving in October but if we had to rent, I really felt more comfortable in an aprtment complex

We lived in a 2 family home for the first year of Christopher's life. The family we lived with had little ones. It was a rare occasion we heard their children crying and vice versa. I don't know what type of insulation was used in those walls, but whatever it was, it was incredible Chat Icon
