Update #2:
went for another u/s and there was still no hb and just a yolk sac. The dr basically told me that there was no hope. He thinks it is a blighted ovum. So now I need to wait to miscarry naturally or decide on a D&C. Hopefully I will back here soon...Good luck to all of you.

Is the Dr 100% sure? I'd wait. If the last time baby was only measuring 5 weeks and a week later he still doesnt see something maybe it is still too early? I have heard of that happening. Sending lots of prayers your way
