Wish me Luck - UPDATE
I go back again today for monitoring. I am hoping and praying that these follicles have had some growth since Tuesday. I have been responding so slowly to clomid (PCOS).

Well these little follicles are being very very stubborn there was basically no growth since Tuesday, I have to start clomid again tonight 250mg the max they can give me and then if nothing I will start injectables next cycle. I am trying to stay positive at least they didn't scrap this cycle so I am holding onto hope but it is getting hard.

They have you doing a 4th round of clomid in one cycle????? I'm sorry, but IMO, that's way too excessive. That's 4 months worth of Clomid in your system in one month.
If I'm not mistaken you've taken a total of 500mgs of Clomid this month or is it more?

I am seeing an RE (Dr. Goldschlag out of Cornell).
Yes this will be my 4th round of clomid. I asked him and he said he wouldn't be giving it to me if he thought it was going to do more harm than good. I completely trust him and am glad he is being very aggressive and trying to get my dosage right. If this 4th cycle doesn't work he will induce another AF and i will start injectables. Thank you for your concern though.

As long as you trust what he's doing. I know if I was in your shoes, I'd call this cycle a bust and move onto the next cycle, but that's just me. There's a reason why Drs don't wantyou on anymore than 6 consecutive cycles of clomid.. one being too much clomid can thin your uterine lining.
I hope this cycle works for you though!

I guess he is figuring if the clomid is not going to work in 1 month it is not going to work in 6 months and rather than have me take clomid month after month he is trying to get the dose right. After this cycle I am moving onto injectables b/c at this point if the clomid doesn't work it never will. Thanks again though for the babydust and good thoughts.

Again- I agree. But, it's your body, and we have no right to tell you what to do. I was only on 50mg last cycle, and called it a bust right away. I just have never heard of this being done.
