Actually there has not been a problem for a really long time. There were a few isolated incidents with a few people. Sorry you feel that way Suven. What gives you a bad vibe?
And to answer the question. Not really sure if I want to go to the WOTY.
I met Kim and alot of others at last years and while it was fun and we had a good time aftwards (watching football at Jillian's) it's just not something I'm into this year. Plus the sharing of the food...eh, not so good

Don't flame me for this. I am still very much a newlywed but I think I'm over it. While I loved the day of my wedding and worked hard planning it it was ONLY the beginning of my MARRIAGE and isn't that the most important thing.
I think it's a cute idea and of course if I was Ron and Liz I'd do the same thing to promote the site it's just that I think I've been more than ready for some time to enter that next stage in life.
I completely agree. I am 29, and I loved my wedding, and it was so special- and a lot of that is due to LIW, the girls I met on there and the vendors I discovered on there. But since I am married, I have no real interest in weddings in general. THat's why I faded off after my wedding August 2004.
My friends weddings- thats another story. I am so excited for them. But I really have lost all interest in weddings in general. I just love being married!

I think that was the dumbest thing I have EVER seen.... not just from that day either.
That was probably the most asinine thing I have seen ALL year! If not... its definitely a top 5 candidate. We still have a few months left in the year to see if something will top that... but it will be tough.

Well I had my chance last year but had to miss it..
DH and I were supposed to be the  and  and unfortunately I was having surgery so I had to drop out  Though Cheryl was a beautiful bride from what I heard/saw and the bridal party looked lovely.
This year ... as a few of you have said, I am so so SO OVER wedding stuff altogether. I have a few cousins who are getting married upstate next year, and if they were getting married on LI I would have told them to go and maybe went with them. But alas its not worth it for them
BUT I'm sure it will be a great event and I hear Chateau le Mer is awesome. As many of us have said, I've just moved onto another stage in my life (future children, houses, etc) And besides I think its more fun for the "newer" newlyweds (the 05 girls) and the brides to be in 06 / 07 of course

Though I have to say, Shar, Rich, if I had to share food with anyone, I'm glad it was you guys..ROFL...
We will definitely have to clear up this food sharing thing before I decide whether or not to go again
