personally, no one cup of tea will not kill you. One can of soda, sips of ice tea, one cup of coffee, one chocolate bar, none will kill you. I know everyone views on this subject are different. Personally, go for the tea!!!
haha that's the kind of answer I'm looking for I haven't had caffine at all durning my pregnancy so I think one cup is ok. I just get worried something could go wrong:(
I had one to two cups of coffee each and every single day of my pregnancy.... Just about..... I couldn't have done without the boost!
