Which temp do I use? Update
My temp yesterday was 98.53 and Tuesday is was 98.42, when I wake at 7 a.m. Today, DH got up for work at 4:44 and since I have a hard time going back to sleep I took my temp and it was 97.95. I was mad bc I thought I was close to confirming that I O'ed. So, I decided to take it again at 7 and it read 98.53! Which temp do I use? At 4:44, I went to the bathroom, etc.
Which temp would you use or what would you do?
Also, it is possible to get a  Sunday night and see a temp rise on Tuesday morning or I'm I just coming down with a cold?

Update: I took my temp this morning and it was 98.80. Tuesday's temp was 98.4, Wednesday was 98.6, yesterday was a mess up and today was 98.8. I guess I O'ed?!?!?

How many hrs of sleep did u get btwn the time u went to bed and 4am?

Sorry for your confusion. That is why I got so annoyed with temping...so many factors can effect the temp...
I'd go with the 97.5 because I always thought that if you got up or moved around, it would throw off the temperature.

i would average them out assuming you got the first temp after a minimum of 4 hours of sleep.

It really depends on your body. If I just getup use the bathroom and go back to sleep my temp doesn't fluctuate but that is just me and learned it after 3 months

I went to bed around 10:30/11 last night. When DH got up for work, I surprisingly, fell back asleep rather quickly. Maybe I wasn't fully awake at 4 am.
I took my temp Tues. at around 5 pm with a regular thermometer cuz I thought I had one and it read 98.1, does that help me at all??
