Which furniture do you like better?

I'm looking at furniture for DS#2.

The first set would be in the color shown, cocoa.

The second set would be in either espresso (dresser color - very dark wood, almost black, but you can see the wood grain - it's darker than it appears in picture) or merlot (crib color - dark cherry).

If you like the second set better, would you mind sharing which color choice you like better?

#2 in espresso. I like either dark dark furniture or white. I'm not a fan of those side panels in the first one, #2 looks more airy and open. ETA: And I like straight lines better, #1 is too curvy for me.

2 the color of the dresser. I think it will last you longer and be easier to find other pieces that go well with it.

I definitely like #2 better. I like both colors, but merlot slightly more.

love #2 - I have the dresser with the sleigh crib in cinnamon. My friend has the espresso and it's basically black.

I like both colors. I prefer the lines of #2

I love the look of #1 but if you plan to use a bumper...it won't lay right with those side panels - there will be pieces you can't tie...
So I vote for #2 in dark wood.

We are going to see the first set on Sunday and we already saw the second set. I ordered the two color samples from the company. If we decide on second set, I may post pics of the wood colors against wall color and bedding and ask for opinions!!

I'd go with #2, in Merlot...I love the cherry wood look, and I prefer not to have solid side/back panels...I think the air flow is better.

I like the first crib but the second dresser better...

I'll just go with #2.. espresso.

I also should have mentioned that the first crib convert into a twin bed. Those solid side panels turn and give it a sleigh bed look.
