Which brand baby wash/shampoo...
Are you planning to use/register for?
I have to add a few items to my registry so I'm going for toiletries, but can't decide. All I've been told by BTDT is to stay away from J&J b/c it can be drying.
Thanks!

I have heard the best is Mustela but I'm not sure if they carry that at BBB or BRU.

I used Mustela products on Charlie for the first 2 years...and then switched over to Mrs. Meyer's and High Street Soap.
I always purchased Mustela at BBB.

Same here. I never had a problem with the brand. I used it on my 14 year old daughter when she was a baby.

Re: Which brand baby wash/shampoo...
When DD was a newborn, I used the Mustela foam which was great for doing her hair, since the foam doesn't drip or anything. Other than that-- I have been using california baby once I stopped with that-- and always on her body.

I use J&J on DS unless he's got a rash or something, then I'll go to the Aveeno. I got some Mustela stuff at my shower and liked it, but its Have had no issues with J&J.

Aquaphor. I love it, it doesn't have a great smell but my DS has never had a problem.

California baby all the way from shampoo and body wash to the cream. We use the super sensitive which has been great on DS's skin. In a bind we will use the aquaphor which is pretty good too.

Originally we used the Weleda line for DS and it is very potent...at least the calendula is very smelly. I didn't want to use a product with such an aroma when DS was so small. That's why we switched to the California Baby super sensitive line. It does not smell and not made with chemicals.

This is what we registered for with my son and it's what we have always used. Lack of chemicals was really important to me, as well as something for sensitive skin. We have this:
I love that it has the pump so it's really easy to use with one hand while I'm bathing him, and it's shampoo and body wash all in one. It's all we have ever used during bathtime and this 17 ounce container lasted his ENTIRE first year of life. No exaggeration. I literally bought a second container the week of his first birthday!
