When you went off BCP....
Did you get random cramps during the month before your actual cycle?
I went off BCP this month and right now I have the worst period cramps everrrrrr & I'm sorta bloated but nothing going on....AF isn't due until like the 27th ish...
Did anyone have cramps the first month going off the pill?
ugh

I definitely got bad cramps at one point or another. I remember it taking a while until I did get AF and until I got back on track and I think that was major cause of my body being all confused and crampy

could they be ovulation cramps???
I never had cramps during the month once i went off the pill (i was on it for more than 10 years)...but i get them now - when it's time for Ovulation...it's my body's way of telling me - here we go (i guess)!

I never experienced cramping when i went off the pill but I did feel about a week before i got my BFP!

I get them every month for at least one week to ten days BEFORE AF arrives... and I went off of Depo November (my last shot was August)... it stinks, but they're getting less severe as the months progress...
The worst part is that it mimics the cramping one would feel during implantation and thereafter... BOO!
So, I can never tell!

Hey Devon! yes i did i had the worst cramps when i went off the pill i felt better when i was on the pill. it s*cks being off the pill at least for me cause AF is worse off it

I have a little bit of cramping before AF but when she comes I am miserable. The cramps are ssssoooo bad. That was one of the rasons I was on teh BCP.

I remember feeling period cramps a good week or so before AF came....I think your body is just adjusting, so I wouldn't worry about it.

HORRENDOUS cramps and sore boobs...turns out I got pg immediately after going off the pill....I thought the cramps were from my body adjusting, but NOPE..it was from
