When you are in your 2WW...
Is there one physical thing that always seems to happen and makes you think, maybe I'm pregnant?
For me I seem to keep getting exhausted and having severe food cravings...this is totally normal for me before AF arrives, but I always read into it!

Re: When you are in your 2WW...
I know exactly what you mean. I don't test until the 17th when af is due. Yesterday I fell asleep at 5:00 pm on the couch..then got up made dinner and fell asleep at 9:00...sooo exhausted..
feeling little cramps all the time..very moody...
I have to stop myself and just say..this is how you feel when af is coming too!!! Relax!!!

Nothing in particular. I just over-analyze EVERY little thing. I'm Oing today and yet I'm feeling nausea -- its clearly not even possible for me to be pg right now, but I keep thinking "hmm I'm feeling sick. Maybe MS?" TTC makes us all crazy!

Re: When you are in your 2WW...
My best advice is to keep a journal of how you feel throughout the month.
Pay close attention to how you feel while AF is here, before you ovulate, and during your 2WW.
Once you have a list of all of those symptoms and you know you are NOT pregnant, you can go back and compare and keep yourself from going crazy. For example, I tend to get really hungry before I ovulate.. so if I'm in my 2WW and start feeling really hungry... rather than think it's a PG symptom, I think it's just something normal for me. KWIM?

Great idea!! I've been doing this on Mymonthly cycle .com...
It allows you to track your symptoms each day.

Re: When you are in your 2WW...
There are so many things that I had been thinking in the past meant I was PG. Now I am just trying not to dwell on too much of anything.
I've gotten tired, crampy, nauseous, among other things, all in the 2ww, and have unneccessarily gotten my hopes up. Now I am trying to "pretend" we aren't even trying to get PG.

Re: When you are in your 2WW...
I always get exhausted and I have bouts of dizziness....every month! I am pretty sure some of it is in my head...plus, I work like 7 days/week, so I am sure that doesn't help!
