When to send/give out invitations?
DD is turning 3. How far ahead of the RSVP date do you send out birthday party invitations? I'm getting significantly varying answers from friends.

It depends on what time of year. I usually do 4-6 weeks in advance.
DS is turning 3 in 2 weeks. I sent the online invite out to my friends about 6 weeks early. I sent the paper invites in to school about 4 weeks early, which was right after the holidays. I figured it'd get lost before the holidays.

I do 3 to 4 weeks but I also verbally tell people the date too.

I invited kids about 4-5 weeks before & put my rsvp date 2 weeks before the party.

When to send/give out invitations?
I just sent hers out the other day. It was just a few to immediate family. But im due with DD2 tomorrow and i didnt want to forget.
