When to hire in home babysitter?
I'll be going back to work around Jan 1 and need to hire an in-home babysitter. They will be about 2/3 mo. How far in advance do I need to hire someone?

When to hire in home babysitter?
I would start looking seriously in Oct/Nov. The holidays get really busy and I would think having hired someone by the beginning of Dec. would be a good idea.
