Doesn't bother me at all at this point.
When I was pg with my first, I was always prepared to rub their bellies back.
I don't really care .. although .. depending on the situation I find it a little odd. I was once eating out with my dh and the waitress came over and rubbed my belly. I could really live without that although I didn't really mind so much, just thought it was odd given the situation. If it's someone who knows me though, I really don't care either way.

I'm not a fan of it when it's from people who I'm not really close with.
I had one co-worker do it, and although we get along well and there's nothing I don't trust about her, but I'm just not closer to her like that. I was sitting down and she tried to do it yesterday but I just turned my head and upper body to talk to her so my stomach was out of reach. So instead she bent down towards my stomach and spoke to the baby. It bothers me but I know she means no harm and is just more "open" with that stuff then I am.
The only other people who have touched my belly are close family members and another coworker at my other job who I am close with. In that case I don't care. I don't even think many friends or my mom really touch my belly which is fine for me too.

I don't really mind. Personally I'd never rub someone's belly, I think it's a little weird & an invasion of personal space. But when someone does it to me, I just smile.

As long as it is not a stranger, i do not mind.
i had a waiter do it one time at a wedding. i think DH was more annoyed than me! it was extremely odd to me though.
But if i know you, rub away!
