We are looking to hire someone one day a week to watch the twins in our home. We have someone interested and I feel like I am drawing a blank and I don't want to sound like a dope when I call her references. Thanks!

how long did they work with you?
How old was your child/children
what are her strengths
did she ever have to deal with an emergency or unusual situation? if so how did she do
