When does DPO begin?
The day after you get the + on an OPK? TIA!

I just asked this question because I had no idea either. You can check it out on the TTC after miscarriage board.
Basically what the girls told me because I got my + on Monday, that I would be 1DPO today or tomorrow because when you get your surge you will O between 12-36 hours later. I'm going with tomorrow, since I'd rather be late than early.

I would start counting days past ovulation TWO days after you get your +OPK to be safe.
So you get your + today, let's say. You theoretically O some time tomorrow. The day after (so 2 days after your + OPK) would be 1 day past ovulation, or 1DPO.
