When I worked my boss handed them out deceretly at our holiday party. Boy do I miss those bonus' (they were always amex gift checks so no taxes were taken out)

 NEVER...but teachers don't get monetary bonuses...I guess the summer off is a bonus...We get our teachers choice money in Dec so I guess that is sort of like a bonus but it's just reimbursement

Day of the x-mas party everyone gets their review/raise/bonus which is friday before christmas...this friday...

On Friday my boss said to me: You did such a good job today I am going to give you the next 2 days off! 
We get our bonuses when the govt changes the rules and lets Bush run for a 3rd term.

Don't get a bonus --- I am a teacher.
My DH's comes in on Christmas Eve. He works until 5 every year on Christmas Eve. His boss is a grinch!
