we do get year-end bonuses in march i hear (i'm new), but i've been warned that they're on the chinsey side.

We get them in December, but we haven't gotten ours yet. Apparently they're "still working on it". Should be sometime this week tho, along with our annual review.

DH's firm gives out annual performance based bonuses in January, but he usually gets his number in late December. Senior management also gets a second bonus in June based on fund performance.

ETA: It's not a Christmas bonus, but a performance-based year end bonus. I'll know how much I'm going to get when I know what our revenue turns out to be.

Probably Jan 6 at the holiday party.
The holiday party was originally scheduled for Dec 9 but the owners father passed away on Dec 4 so our party was moved to Jan so he can take care of his family affairs.

we get an end of the year performance bonus but they always give it out first week in December. mine was more than 10% my annual salary this year.

IF we get one it's at our Christmas party which is the Friday before Christmas. It depends on the year we had.
