We tried at 12 months and it was a DISASTER.
Picture a crack addict going through withdrawals! 
Tried again at 15 months and she never asked for it again and drank from a sippy only with no issues.

When did your DC stop using bottle
Around 11 months DD was down to 1 bottle in the morning but she didnt even finish it and only took a few sips. I stopped bottles completely at 12 months.

DD 1 right after her 1st birthday - cold turkey.
DD 2 started at 13 months by switching bottle with a sippy cup at lunch time, then breakfast and finally bedtime bottle - was finished by 14 months. DD 2 did not take to the sippy as well as DD 1.

We dropped the bottles with DD at 17 months, cold turkey. She was annoyed but got over it in a few days.

When DS#2 turned 2 we just stopped giving him his usual "Ba-ba" bottle. Just started giving him another cup and calling it "ba-ba".

Something like this. DS lost interest. We started putting milk in a straw cup.

At 11 months DD was only taking a bottle right before bedtime so by 11 1/2months I just got ride of it all together.

23 months. He would drink water from his sippy straw cup all day but wanted his milk from his bottle. I tried every sippy cup for milk & he wanted no part of it. One day I picked up the take & toss straw cups & tried that. He loves them & now drinks his milk from his "big boy" cup.

My daughter is 23 months and still drinks a bottle at night, about an hour before bed. Kicking the binky habit was more of a priority and we did that early July. I'm not in much of a hurry to take this one bottle away.

It was around a year and a half when we finally got the bottle away. Tried at a year to let her CIO without the bottle. DH couldn't take her crying and we let her keep the bottle. But slowly we would only give the bottle for her naps and bedtime. Then eventually just bedtime and finally we just took it away and she was fine.

DS is 2 years 4 months and still gets a bottle at night. We need to just go cold turkey but I am so scared! We finally have easy bedtimes with him, we transitioned him into a bed over the summer, I don't want to rock the boat. But, we have to.

Don't blame you, if it's working I wouldn't change a thing!
DD is 2yr & 2months & still has one in the morning, it's our snuggle time together & for some reason she won't drink it from a cup or sippy in the morning.
Guess it's not the best for her teeth but I don't think one bottle is a big deal. I want to hold her as long as I can

About a year old. When we switched to whole cows milk.
DC had no interest in a sippy cup, so we did it to cups.
We used it to nap DD until about 14 months. Then we just ditched them totally.

DS is 18 mos and still really needs it to settle down. He gets one before his nap and one at bed time. He likes drinking out of sippy cups and swiping his sisters but always comes back for the baba.

TT is 13 months. She gets no more bottles at DC. They said she had no problem with saying goodbye to it. She's down to one bottle a day at home. I'll probably keep going for another month but that's because I still want her to get BM. It's the only way she can get since I don't produce enough for her.
