When did you start putting your DC in their crib for naps?
My DS is 6 weeks now and beginning to come out of the newborn sleep-all-day thing (which I never experienced with the DDs, so I'm new to it!) and he's still sleeping in his rocker thing for naps. I'm thinking to swaddle him soon and try to incorporate a loose schedule.
What did you all do?

My DD usually naps in her swing (she is almost 4 months old).. but sometimes if she cant get settled down because of the TV then I take her and out her in her crib. She goes down right away and tends to sleep longer and better in there.

DD was in the bassinet from day one and then the crib when we got rid of it. She is a great napper!

At about 8 weeks, I wanted to transition her to the crib for all sleep then <she was in the FP rock n' sleeper> but she wouldn't do it at night so I did naps in the crib to help her get used to it.

I think I started her on a loose schedule in her cribs for naps around 6-8weeks. She slept in her crib at night at 5weeks. Sometimes she would nap in her swing but I made sure I started sleeping in her crib as soon as possible!

Prob not until like 5 months. Before that he napped in the bounsey seat and swing. He sleeps so much better in the crib now because he can roll around and not be disturbed.

6 weeks we started to put her in crib for nighttime. we used combo of swing and crib for naps. by 8 weeks she slept in crib for nap and nighttime.

4 months  he slept in the swing and rock and play sleeper before that (for naps)
EASY transition though.

We never napped James anywhere but his PNP or crib from day one. Even though he was in his bassinet for the firs tmonth, he would nap in the PNP or his crib and only use the bassinet for overnight. Once we put him in his crib for the overnights, we gave up the PNP for naps.

If she fell asleep in my arms I put her down in her crib. If I needed to get her to sleep and she wasn't cooperating I would put her in the swing.
