I started it at 11 weeks, but I only put one thing on it. I am a research junkie, so I started so as I research and decide on things, I can add them. Plus, I am a teacher, and I would rather start when I have the time, and am not that big, then try to squeeze it in on a cramped weekend, when I go back to work.
