what's your weakness?
Lately after all meals (even breakfast) I have to have something chocolate. Just wondering if anyone feels / is the same.

i voted for more than one! I really love chocolate and definitely crave it sometimes! I also like beer & wine and end up having a few on the weekend. I try to stick to light beer though

Mine used to be ice cream. I ate it every night more or less for 3 years. About 6 weeks ago, I decided to limit myself to 1 night per week. So far, I am doing well. There might be one or two weeks that I have had it twice in one week.
In place of it, I have a strawberry fruit bar, which is just as yummy without the guilt.
I do also love chocolate and candy.

After a meal I always like something sweet. But my weaknesses are definitely chips and salty stuff and also alcohol. I love having drinks and chips or fries with it.

Alcohol is absolutely my biggest weakness, second is dessert (usually ice cream).
But I would take a glass of wine over any kind of food any day

I voted chocolate but really all of the above. My problem is, if it is in front of me or easy to access I cannot say no.
If my chicken sandwich comes with fries, I will eat every fry on the plate and then eat DH's fries too! LOL! Or to be healthy I will get a side salad instead but then I will still pick on DH's fries too.
And I love pizza, I dont eat it often but if my office orders it I cannot just have 1 piece, instead I have like 2-3!

I love drinks---wine, cordials, coffee, hot chocolate, chai. Definitely my weaknesses---would pass up most foods for a glass of red wine or an iced coffee.

Sweets of any kind....cakes, cookies, candy.....and I ALWAYS have some in the house, so it makes it really hard when I'm feeling weak.
BUT, on the other hand, when I can resist the temptation, I feel so good about myself!
(Clearly, I rarely resist the temptation though )
