HELP!!! Need the dreaded "weakness" answer!
I'm going on an interview soon and I need a good answer when they ask "what would you say your weakness is?".... Thanks so much!

I tell the truth: at times I speak very fast and have to slow down. I think honesty is the best policy I interview people all the time and when i ask that question I respect people that tell me the truth not some BS answer.

I tell them that my weakenss is interviews. I'm totally upfront & say I get really nervous & feel I have a hard time really expressing myself verbally. I tell them that I tend to be a perfectionist with my work, but when it comes to interviews, I freeze up. Im horrible with interviews, or at least I think I am

That's what I've always said, but everyone is telling me not to say that?  The thing is, is that it's the truth. I am such a perfectionist. Everything has to be just right! It comes from me being an artist (I draw).  Thanks!

i've said before (because it's true) that sometimes i try too hard trying to figure something out on my own - i've had to learn that it is okay to ask questions.. etc.
it shows that you are dedicated and determined

Yes I like this one and also:
I like to see projects through to the end and while I understand that there are times when you just have to take a break or let a problem go (and come back to it later) I have a hard time walking away until it's resolved.
