We bought in May 2007, our rate was 6.125, no points - 30 year fixed, non-jumbo.
Someone posted an article that Wells Fargo just raised their rate for a 30 year jumbo to 8%!!

We're looking at 6.375% through Bethpage Federal Credit Union, no points, not a jumbo loan either.
