I'm in Huntington and its been snowing for hours and windy. Nothing is sticking though, roads look fine.

Honestly it is so windy here im wondering which tree may be first to go. The snow flakes now seem smaller but are coming faster and its sticking on the lawn. The kids went out and made snowballs lol. I cant wait for the warmer quieter weekend!

Rain and sleet, very windy in the Riverhead area. The outlets closed at 4 pm due to weather...

lots of snow accumulation in south nassau...
A friend in Sachem area said they lost power again...another friend in jersey also reported loss of power again.

that was very smart of them. i wish my agency followed suit, but i left early anyway. the roads are a mess and i doubt there will be sani available to salt- they have bigger fish to fry.
