Whats the deal with all these conditions on a commitment!!!!!!
We got our commitment along with a list of conditions. It's all things we can provide, but whats the point of a commitment - it doesn't really mean anything. Its one more reminder that its not over till closing. It totally stresses me. Anyone else??

oh yea TONS of conditions - get them out of the way ASAP! It delayed us MONTHS.
