Whats for lunch?
I'm thinking about boneless buffalo wings from KFC. They were soooo good last time I had them!! I wish they had blue cheese instead of ranch but I guess its better for me anyway.
Any other ideas??

are we allowed to eat canned tuna? Cuz that's what I'm craving!! I brought a tomato and cucumber salad I made (picked the viggies from the garden last night!) BUt I need some protein too.

You can have about a serving of chunk light tuna a week. Stay away from albacore!

I had a buttered roll and Nesquick from 7-11. REAL healthy  But after gagging all morning- I wanted something I would probably keep down (and the chocolate milk has calcium  )

I just ate subway..Italian BMT on italian herbs and cheese with the chipotle sauce TOASTED with lots of pickles!! OH SOO GOOD!!
