escarole and white bean soup with black forest ham and fontina (or maybe provalone) cheese panini's!

Proving - once again - what a crappy mother I can be. We are having 'catchers catch can'.
Noah ate at my friends house (chicken, mac and Cheese and broccoli). So I gave Robbie apple slices with brie, a hunk of sourdough bread and leftover chicken noodle soup. I had a microwaved sweet potato with butter.

It's AMAZING - Dh makes it from scratch with the tomatos, onions and peppers we get from the farm. OMG, it brings me to Shakshuka heaven
