I made Eggplant Croquettes with pasta with a garlic butter sauce...first time making both and it was sooo good!

We let our son pick the meal one day a week... he always picks the same thing so I don't know why we still ask...
Boston Market.. he goes crazy for their Mac N Cheese

i ate like a fat azz for lunch (Dominos- had pizza, wings & cheesey bread  .. and not just ONE of each, either )
DH made Steak for dinner, but im still too stuffed to eat it ... so ill probably just have it for lunch tomorrow

OMG this sounds like me the other day!!! only kickers instead of cheesy bread!!! ( the cheesy bread is like 4 points each on WW and kickers are only 1 )

Yeah well its been a long day....We were at my sister in laws for most of the day, taking care of her 3 kids and Danielle is still there, Plus I have been sick since I came home from Punta Cana thursday night and we havent gone food shopping....So that is why I had shredded wheat....now im eating cup of soup.....I feel crappy
