When I am at work-- I eat the same thing every day...
Sandwich on lite rye with hummas, soy cheese, sun dried tomato and argula. Accompanied by carrot sticks and some fruit.

I'm home from work today & since my doctor told me I need to lay off the salt (I have major water retention) I ate Farina (Cream of Wheat). Ughh. I really could have went for a cheeseburger though.
