whats everyone doing for Thanksgiving?
We are going to my moms.
We have my family, my sister and bro and his family. Normally we've gone into Brooklyn or Jersey with my aunts/uncles...but...the traffic was HORRENDOUS last yr and I am planning Gilyls bday party. whatcha doing???

Having it at our house. I'm hoping the workers will at least get the table saws and tools out of the house before then! 
They are still working today, and will at least be working on the house on Monday. (I think they'll be here Tuesday and Wednesday as well....)
Should be interesting.... We're planning on about 14-16 people.

Going to my parents house for the last thanksgiving in the house i grew up
Plan on drinking up all my dad's wine so we don't have to move it and stuffing my face as i always do.
My mom has 30 people coming this year not including the 6 kids under 3, that's how we italians do it
Thanksgiving is by far my favorite holiday! Football, food and wine, with no religious undertones, how could you go wrong?!~

going to the IL's....my parents just moved to FL so they are doing the holidayy down there and i cant fly...and MIL has a bad knee and they were going to be alone (the other brothers are going to IL's also i assume) so we decided to combine and have it catered so no one has to deal with cooking....actually a much needed viisit with the IL's so i am looking forward to it....the thing that makes me is we have 3 dogs and will havee to leave 2 home ...at least the little guy gets to come....they will DEFINATELY get leftovers!

Guess ya gotta label it "parents want to see house" Otherwise it will get moved to the home board....AND....DOOOO NOTTTT use the word...SUCKS...like "Thanksgiving could SUCK if the men are not out of here"...because then I will never find it

going to the parade, heading back to my mothers(SI)...then packing up and driving up to Western Mass to see inlaws.
stay the night, drive back to mother's on Friday night.
Back to NC on Sunday.

I will be cooking with my mom, so this will be my first at cooking for Thanksgiving. Originally I wanted to go at it alone, but thought it would be nice for us to do together. It will give us a chance to bond and cook together. My family is coming over too

As long as my SIL doesn't have her baby, my mom and I will cook at my bro's and SILs in PA and then will bring it to the hospital where my SIL is on bedrest. It will be pretty untraditional but I am excited we at least all get together. If the baby was born earlier they would have probably spent the whole day at the NICU.

We are going to Maryland to my SIL's. They just built a new house and we haven't met my new nephew yet
I am so excited. We are leaving earlier now too!!
PLUS on the way home we get to go to my BFF's son's first birthday party in South Jersey
