that I am mad/sad - sorry but thats just the way my face looks! I seriously have strangers come up to me and tell me to smile, etc.

That because I am kinda quiet, I am really shy. I was as a kid, but I am not anymore. I am more pensive and observant, but not shy.

I think DH's friends think I am nerdy based on where I went to school or because of the fact that I am working on my doctorate. And maybe I am, just a little bit.  DH tells me that when I get excited telling him about my dissertation research.

I think people think i am stupid because i wont go to college i mean i want to someday but i have other things i want to accomplish like getting a house first and having a baby i can go later on after i retire from work. i am not talking about friends but i think when i first meet someone people can think i am very stuckup because i am shy when i first meet them and that not how i am. i do after a while getting to k ow someone will talk a lot more. but in general people have a habit in saying i am a person they dont like because i am not open. i also get people to tell me to smile at work because i dont look happy sometimes i put myself down.

me too!! I hate that! Then they get to know me and tell me "OMG I can't believe I thought you were a b*tch when I first met you!!"
That and people think Im a pushover because I used to be when I was younger and in high school...times have-a-changed and yes, I grew a backbone!
