What would you rather have?
A 30" pantry with 33" cabinets/counterspace on each side of your rangetop, or a 24" pantry with 36" of cabinets/counterspace on each side of your rangetop.
On the opposing wall just behind you (galley kitchen), there will also be 42" of counterspace to one side of the sink and 18" on the other.
I'm thinking bigger pantry, yes?

I feel like that extra three inches of counterspace is barely noticeable and won't make much of a difference in your use of the space, so I vote bigger pantry.

As I first was reading it my initial thought was bigger counter space, but then seeing that you have add'l counter space on the other side of your kitchen, I would say to def go with the bigger pantry
