my mom made sugar cookies decorated like brides dresses. I think she got the idea from martha Stewart weddings.

My wedding was beachy so they gave out small, sealed glass bowls filled with sand and little shells that had a dip in the top for a tea light candle. There's a twiny type string tied around the neck of the dip. I have two in my living room, very pretty!!

My favors were Cupcakes! They were sooo delish and everyone raved about them.
They were big and had fondant bows on top. (actually good fondant) lol

we had personalized chocolate bars and mini drawer fresheners (sorry, i know there is a name for them, but i can't think of it...) in the shape of boustier's (i can't freakin spell, to boot)

in a little favor bag my sister put a heart shaped silver mirror compact in a little velvet bag and personalized M&Ms in our wedding colors in little tins.
My mom and sister had the same favor for mine. But we did the MnM's for the wedding.

For a couple of friends I've done a fullsize bottle of body wash from Bath and Body Works (great price if you hit them during one of their sales) in various scents, with a tag attached that says
"From X's Shower to yours, thanks for coming"
They are always a big hit.

For us, music is a huge part of our lives. We had a created a CD with our favorite songs and a CD cover to match our theme. We also had chocolate covered tea spoons which were very yummy and pretty.

My favor was an ice cream scoop with Hershey kisses and the tag said "Here's the scoop Patricia & Jon are getting married! Patricia's Bridal Shower with the the date."
They also made white & milk chocolate Bride & Groom and Wedding Bell lollipops.

For my sisters, we did potted mini rosebushes - they doubled as the centerpieces for the tables as well.
We actually got them at Waldbaums of all places for around $3 each. They were a huge hit - and looked a lot more expensive

small organic soaps (maybe 5) wrapped in some sort of clear packaging - it kind of looked like candy, but it was soap. A store (the purple pumpkin) in my old neighborhood did it.

My favorite gift I have to say even though I haven't used it yet is a camcorder..
My bridal party chipped in and purchased it for me.
I can't wait to use it on my cruise in January..

Since my Bridal Shower was 80's Theme...
My sister made CD's with all 80's Girls Songs...
- Cyndi Lauper, Aretha Franklin, Donna Summers...
It was just a all girls want to have fun theme!! It was nice and the guests loved it...
