Me too.... but, I eat lots and lots of cheese to be sure I get my calcium

For Prenatals, I take Citracal with Dha.
I was also taking iron, but it made me "too backed up" so I stopped taking it

Prenate elite - prescription. i told the doc i found them constipating she suggested taking them every other day and taking 800mg folic acid in between or trying another multivitamin as long as it has folic acid.
i realized i do need another calcium supplement so i'll prob get some viactivs too
