VITAMINS ??? Do You still take them after the baby?
Does anyone know if you should or shouldnt take the vitamins after you give birth does it help with youre breastfeeding ?

I have heard that you're supposed to continue taking them after having the baby.

I took them afterwards while BFing. I didn't have much of an appetite after, so it was good to know that I was getting what the baby and I needed.

Yes besides helping with BF'd is it also good for your hair. Which will start falling out like crazy.
