What should I do.....UPDATE We lost the baby
So for the past 2hrs I have been having some pretty bad cramping and tenderness to my whole stomach.....I feel like i'm going to pass out at any minute. My docs are gone for the day. I don't want to go to the ER for nothing, but this is starting to worry me....No bleeding or anything, but it hurts a lot! WWYD
**********UPDATE***********
We lost the baby. U/S confirmed there is no heartbeat. My cervix is opening and my doc thinks I should m/c naturally. I see my OB on Monday and we'll decide then if a D&C is right for me. Thank you ladies for your kind words, and good luck to you all. I'll be gone for a few days but I appreciate everything!

is your Drs. office closed for the day? They should have an answering service that will page the on call Dr. who should call you back immediately.
ETA: Never think you are going to the ER for nothing when you are pregnant! I went to Labor and Delivery a few weeks ago, for something I thought that could be serious, but it wasn't (I'm much to embarrassed to reveal what really happened!)

I agree. Call and see if you can get a hold of a DR. Peace of mind and being safe are never a waste of time!

I would go anyway- You don't want to take any chances even if its nothing. 
Unrelated but I had bad pain in my stomach two summers ago and went to the emergency room since it was the middle of the night. I was in so much pain- it ended up being a strained muscle but the doc said if it was my appendix it could have burst.
Go check it out.

there should DEFINITELY be an on call doc....get in touch with SOMEONE...and if you HAVE to go to the ER - go...
