Unfortunetely not after anyone. I wanted to have middle name Harry for my gpa, but we were afraid it would jinx him in a way (he turns 100 this year)
There are a LOT of boys in my family , so a boy name was so hard to pick.

There are a LOT of boys in my family , so a boy name was so hard to pick.
This is definitely part of our problem in selecting a boys name!

Only significance is his middle name is DH's first name. We did not want the confusion of a Jr, but wanted to have DH's name incorporated.

We decided in Cabo San Lucas that we wanted to start a family in a year. We got pregnant in St. Lucia and while we joked that it seemed like such a coincidence...it was kinda cool and stuck with us.
Plus I love that it translates into the Italian 'Luca'
Matteo because I absolutely love the name but at the time we didn't want it for a first...now I regret that because I would absolutely have loved that name maybe for the next boy.

jonah hudson.
we chose a name that started with a "j" in memory of my father.
we chose hudson because we met while in med school, which was on the hudson river. our apartment had a big bay window looking onto the river, and we used to look at it all the time...

Lynn is a family name. My dad was adopted and it is part of his birth mothers name. Lynn is my middle name as well so we passed it along

Bryant is my DH's name. In his family the first son gets the father's name as his middle name!
