What is the estimated feeding schedules for introducing new foods?
I had to give dd rice at 2 months to keep down the reflux and it worked like magic. She is sleeping through the night as well for weeks now. I was considering introducing oatmeal since I am afraid that too much rice will bind her causing constipation. So far no issues though. I also wanted to know the general guidelines for introducing fruit, veggies and meats. I cant remember from my first but I wont be giving them right away anyhow.

We started cereals at 4 months and fruits at 5 months, and veggies at 6 months and meats at 9 months. Have you tried brown rice? That's what I give dd instead of white rice.
