Introducing new foods question
This may seem like a dumb questions, but....DD is 8 months old and started "solids" at 6 months. Our pediatrician told us to introduce one new food for 5-7 days at her lunch time before introducing another new food. Because she's in daycare during the day, I dont like giving her a new food incase she refuses is. So...it ends up being a whole week before a new food is introduced.
I feel at that rate, it taking her forever to "expand" her menu. Is there ever a point when you just start giving them all different types of foods?
any advice would be helpful - TIA

Re: Introducing new foods question
Not a dumb question at all....I had the same question as you. My DD is 5.5 months and introduced "solids" at 4.5 months. My ped told me to wait 4 days and for the first few foods I did but after that I just started her on a new food every other day and she is fine with that. Hope this helps!!!

Re: Introducing new foods question
I do it for 3 days and that's it. I figure if she was going to get a reaction she would have gotten it after 3 days.
