What is something you must have??
What is something you always have to have in your fridge??
Not like juice or milk but something you really like and just cannot live without?
For us, its cheddar cheese. If I dont have any, I go nuts!

I hate when we don't have diet snapple (peach tea or raspberry tea) and we don't right now!!
I've also gotten quite addicted to lowcarb lowfat chocolate milk

Weirdly enough...Granola Bars! They're quick to grab for breakfast or a snack. Sweet, but not high calorie or high fat.

DH is a Diet Pepsi addict.. we always have it stockpiled in our fridge!
For me... pre-diet it was Peanut Butter  I would have a cow if I didn't have a jar in the house!!
Now - probably dannon yogurt (i know, how boooring is that!!  )
