what is on your mantle?
I just hung a mirror over the mantle and I am not sure how to decorate the mantle. Anyone have any ideas? My mom suggested candle sticks.

i have plants on either end of the mantle, then a cluster of birch looking candles that are all different heights in the middle, with pictures on either side of it

mirror, then glass jars filled with interesting stuff, candles, old tea cup saucers and little birds sculpted in wood and painted, antique oil lamp. Kinda my only collection spot and we have a huge fireplace.
