Business casual - my "uniform" is a sweater or button down and slacks. At our orientation, the psych interns were told that we can't wear jeans, even on days where we aren't having client contact. I have no problem with that, but the social workers and social work interns often wear jeans, and they see more clients than we do!

I work in property mgmt for a public national company. We are pretty much business professional. Only allowed to wear black or navy pants, and white or off white blouses.
