What is a fair rate for watching a one year old in your home from 7:30-3:30?

I pay $14/hr....8-3:00 $100
I have twins though.
Maybe I am paying too much

I am a sitter and I think that's a bit low. I would say $10-12/hr minimum

I pay $12.50 an hour for a sitter in my home plus she brings her own child with her.
